Marketing Science Analyst

Company Description

You may know us as FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios, JUSTIN Wine, Teleflora, and Halos, but we’re all Wonderful – and we’re looking for a Marketing Science Analyst to join our Marketing Science and Market Intelligence team within the Research & Insights department.

Our department supports three primary verticals: our iconic consumer-facing brands, corporate initiatives, and philanthropic efforts, which are at the heart of working at Wonderful. In this dynamic, collaborative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to support exciting projects, recommend innovative solutions, and develop your leadership skills.

In this role, you’ll analyze sales data, track and assess the impact of advertising and promotions, and provide insights that shape sales, marketing and business strategies. It’s an excellent opportunity for a data-driven storyteller to make a tangible impact. While not an IT or pure data science role, this position is highly analytical, requiring an understanding of statistical methods, data visualization, and market research.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science) or related discipline required.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a data-driven or analytical role, applying quantitative methods to solve business problems and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.
  • Basic statistical knowledge (e.g., correlation, regression analysis); exposure to machine learning is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with consumer-packaged goods data (sales, panel, and DTC) preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in quantitative data analysis.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
