eCommerce Digital Shelf Coordinator

We're seeking a Digital Shelf Coordinator to join our eCommerce team. The person in this role is responsible for the accuracy and relevancy of our digital retail shelf across multiple retailer websites. You will be working with several of our industry leading brands - Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Citrus and Justin Wines and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a high performing eCommerce team.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

• Continuously monitor the health of our digital shelves across Amazon, Instacart and our Retail Partner websites such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Kroger and Target. Includes ratings and reviews, images and product information.
• Act as the primary liaison for the sales and brand teams to ensure our online product pages are complete and accurate.
• Utilize content management tools such as Syndigo, OneWorld, Amazon Vendor Central, resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot issues and upload new items, packaging and messaging.
• Ensure back-end product attributes are fully completed and mapped to appropriate fields.
• Understand retailer specs and policy to ensure compliance and uninterrupted online presence.
• Always strive for best-in-class digital merchandizing so that we are optimized for discoverability and relevance.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure our online presence is always aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with creative, brand and digital marketing to develop content to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to integrate digital strategy with in-store initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic and conversion to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the wider team with tracking, analysis and reporting to inform decision making.

• CPG food & beverage industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to formulate profitability driven decisions.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence people (internal and external) and process to achieve business goals.
• Have a curiosity for latest trends in eCommerce.
• A good sense of prioritization of time for tasks which will have the biggest impact and a sense of urgency to get them done.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus.
• Experience with Syndigo, OneWorld, Amazon Vendor Central, Helium10 or other eCommerce tools or platforms would be advantageous but not required.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
