• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
