Responsibilities

  • Assist Slovenian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding service availability, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about changes to transportation services and assist in communicating these changes to customers.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Fluency in Slovenian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience and empathy when addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with transportation services or logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive attitude toward solving problems and a commitment to customer service excellence.
