Responsibilities

  • Moderate and review user-generated content in Lithuanian to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Promptly identify and take action against inappropriate content and user behavior.
  • Compile reports on moderation activities for departmental analysis and improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users, promoting respectful interactions within the community.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and optimize moderation policies.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and community expectations to enhance moderation strategies.
  • Assist in translating user feedback and moderation guidelines for clarity among Lithuanian-speaking users.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their community standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver feedback constructively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing user behavior and content trends.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
