Responsibilities

• Support clients in optimizing their search engine marketing efforts while effectively utilizing our services
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for search engine marketing and client engagement
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and effective responses to their inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable strategies for improvement
• Stay updated on search engine trends and ensure our knowledge base is current
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve clients' understanding of search engine mechanics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine service offerings and boost customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Latvian (written and spoken) is essential
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
