Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in Italian and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer product and service information to customers and upsell where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
