French Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support - Remote German

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Educate customers about product features and best practices.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and product offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new products to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English and/or German is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the e-cigarette or consumer products industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a remote team environment.
• Knowledge of e-cigarette products and vaping culture is desirable.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and communication tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working remotely.
