Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone in Dutch

• Process account changes, subscription inquiries, and billing questions
• Educate customers on the use of the platform, including content access and recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
