Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about streaming services and content.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming platforms and provide guidance on account management.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on open inquiries to ensure closure.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions for customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest content offerings, platform updates, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response time.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the streaming media or telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency and a passion for online media and entertainment.
• Able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
