Business Development Rep - Commission Only

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for generating new business, fostering strong relationships, and promoting our pservices through strategic outreach and networking. We’re looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and the ability to connect with clients in a genuine and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
• Promote our services, highlighting their value and addressing customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support to ensure client retention
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position the brand in the market

You will be responsible just for prospecting and not for the rest of the sales process.

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and personal growth
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets

• You'll earn up to $1000 per client secured for us ($500 for closing them and $500 once they're with us for 6 months - which more than 90% of clients are!)
• You'll have the opportunity to earn more bonuses through promotions and contests within our sales team
