Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant (Contract to Close).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage the collection of completed documents
• Provide support in preparing and submitting loan applications with necessary documentation
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring follow-up and answering inquiries throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Active MLO licensing required
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer service excellence
