Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner III - Liability to analyze commercial auto bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensure proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims, including attending mediations and trials
• Coordinate vendor management and oversee Defense Counsels assigned to litigated claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Five (5) years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience required
• Secure and maintain State adjusting licenses as required for the position
