Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the CDI program and oversees Clinical Documentation Specialists and Coordinators
• Facilitates training and development for CDI staff and collaborates with healthcare teams to improve clinical documentation
• Monitors quality, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards while managing staffing and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field, Nursing, or equivalent experience
• Current RN License, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent medical licensure preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in clinical documentation integrity, with at least two years in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement
• Proficiency in 3M CDI Software and familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
