Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Client Service Sales) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking SSD/SSI assistance
• Handle 150 - 200 calls per day and sign up 4 new cases daily
• Maintain updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions in a paperless system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Degree preferred or equivalent combination
• Experience in call center and customer service
• Ability to meet performance standards in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
