Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Manager to oversee all aspects of testing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all testing initiatives, ensuring resource allocation and timelines are met
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to create and approve test plans and scripts
• Monitor and update bug reports, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with proven leadership abilities
• 8 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and technical expertise in specific products and environments
• Proficient in using test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
