Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Associate, Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead verifier pods and manage quality assurance efforts in the AMCAS verification process
• Train and guide new verifiers on verification policies and conduct performance monitoring
• Collaborate across departments to support operational needs and manage special projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3 - 5 years of related work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented processing environment
• Prior experience in coaching or mentoring team members
• Experience in workflow coordination or queue management in a production-based environment
