Job Description:

TensorWave is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our outbound sales engine in the booming AI and HPC markets. In this role, you’ll drive the expansion of our customer base by building a steady stream of qualified leads for our innovative AMD GPU Cloud solutions. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers at enterprises and AI startups, showcasing how TensorWave can power their AI initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Reach out to C-level and VP-level executives at enterprises and AI startups via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Develop tailored messages that spotlight TensorWave’s AMD GPU Cloud as the solution to their AI/ML needs.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities using account-based outreach and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Team up with Marketing and Sales to ensure outbound efforts align with TensorWave’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Dive deep into target accounts to uncover their AI/ML goals, infrastructure, and challenges.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to pinpoint key contacts and refine your approach.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with technical and business leaders to identify needs and qualify leads.
  • Present TensorWave’s value proposition, focusing on the standout benefits of our AMD GPU Cloud.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to craft account plans and transition qualified leads smoothly.
  • Join pipeline reviews and strategy sessions to share insights and optimize tactics.
  • Keep HubSpot updated with detailed records of all prospect interactions and opportunities.
  • Leverage sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Aomni) to track data and detect buying signals.
  • Gather and relay feedback from prospects on AI/ML trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Stay informed on industry shifts by attending events and webinars.


Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in BDR or SDR roles, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technical fields.
  • Proven ability to connect with C-suite and VP-level contacts at enterprises and startups.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to navigate complex buying processes.
  • Skill in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, GPU infrastructure, and cloud computing concepts.
  • Enthusiasm for keeping up with AI and HPC innovations.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to engage and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Talent for creating compelling, concise outreach messages.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated with resilience and a focus on hitting targets in a fast-paced setting.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IaaS, PaaS, or AI/ML sales.
  • Knowledge of AMD GPU technology or AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Insight into AI/ML and HPC market trends and competitive landscape.
