Player-Coach Sales Manager
Build, test, and scale an outbound sales engine using modern B2B sales automation tools. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally sell, refine the playbook, and then scale a high-velocity team to execute it. Success in this role means designing a repeatable, data-driven process for outbound prospecting, personalization at scale, and sales conversion.
