Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager I/NE PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and service delivery for assigned patients and promote collaboration among healthcare team members
• Assess and identify patients for case management services using appropriate screening processes
• Document, track, and monitor assigned cases while managing authorizations and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN)
• 1-3 years of clinical healthcare experience (acute or hospital)
• Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification
• Registered Nurse licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee
