Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Tax Director to lead their direct tax and tax provision functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes and manage deferred taxes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax returns and maintain documentation for transfer pricing
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to align tax strategy with business priorities and support M&A due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Tax or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal, state, and international income tax
• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 and multinational tax provision processes
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail
