Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper approval and coding of expenses, manage billing, and oversee accounts payable functions
• Perform month-end closing activities, maintain accounts receivable records, and file tax forms
• Identify process improvements and provide support during annual financial audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA qualification strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards
• NetSuite experience required; Expense Management and Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficient in Excel with a focus on process improvement
