Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telerad Specialist to manage and resolve cases in a remote part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Unmatched Work List in Infinitt PACS and resolve missing interpretations
• Document follow-up efforts and monitor verified claims for proper routing
• Respond to urgent requests and maintain communication with the regional dispatch team and helpdesk

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level position with a focus on healthcare or related fields
• Ability to work part-time hours, specifically M-W from 2 PM to 10:30 PM CT
• Experience with PACS systems is preferred
• Must be adaptable and willing to pursue self-improvement
• Ability to handle client calls and account issues as needed
