Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunicator II with high volume call center experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and punctual service while maintaining a private workspace
• Assist in mentoring new teammates and offer feedback on processes and tools
• Guide callers through processes, maintaining composure in challenging situations

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in the health contact center field
• At least 6 months of experience as a Telecommunicator I
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
• Willingness to attain additional functional skills in omnichannel communication
