Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and management within the technical area, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal outcomes
• Engage in planning and execution of department-level technical projects while identifying and mitigating operational and strategic risks
• Coordinate training for staff, maintain effective communication across technical areas, and monitor expenses to ensure cost management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of primary technology areas, preferably within a healthcare environment
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
