Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor to join their team in Herndon, VA with some remote work possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format various technical documents to effectively communicate specifications and instructions
• Acquire subject knowledge through interviews and technical specifications, and maintain version control of deliverables
• Oversee the preparation of illustrative materials and conduct quality reviews of documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience
• Complete understanding and application of technical writing principles and standards
• Experience with SharePoint for data management and version control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to obtain or have an Active Secret clearance
