Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Contract) to create and manage customer-facing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, revise, and organize user and customer-facing documentation, including user guides and Help Center articles
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, plain-language instructions for non-technical users
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, support, and implementation teams to gather details and clarify requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical writing role, ideally for SaaS or complex software products
• Demonstrated portfolio of published customer-facing technical documentation
• Experience simplifying technical subjects and presenting them in clear, accessible language
• Familiarity with content management tools such as Zendesk or similar
• Proven track record of effective task prioritization and working to tight deadlines
