Key Responsibilities

• Update visual assets to keep documentation current with product changes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of software documentation standards and best practices
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Experience with TechSmith products (Camtasia, Snagit)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating clear content
