Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support enterprise IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation
• Gather, analyze, and convert technical data into concise written materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or completion of a two-year technical/business program, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience if no degree is held
• Experience working with IT systems and technical teams to create documentation
• Strong proficiency in formatting and editing manuals, reports, and instructional materials
