Key Responsibilities

• Lead product and platform initiatives, managing multiple projects and serving as product owner for agile teams
• Advocate for customer-centric software by continuously evaluating user experiences and prioritizing customer needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate user testing, and drive product development aligned with business strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading Agile-based software product development or content development teams
• Proven success in defining and launching complex SaaS products, particularly in educational software
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to inform product decisions and recommendations
• Experience in user-centered design processes and strong focus on user experience
• Understanding of basic principles of Product Management, Agile Scrum, and the software development lifecycle
