Technical Lead - Workday Financials

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead-Testing Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies and testing plans for Workday Financials modules
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure effective test execution and defect resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to define testing scope and validate system design against business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of QA and testing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with Workday Financials
• Proven expertise in Workday Financials test tools and manual/automated testing processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
