Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst III, PDM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects of the implementation process, collaborating with Implementation Coordinators, Product, and Engineering
• Gather requirements, manage deliverables, and conduct technical setup and testing
• Analyze test data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes to ensure successful client go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical subject or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in technology within the healthcare space
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex implementations
• Strong experience with complex data mapping and understanding of healthcare provider data management
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Amazon Web Services (S3 & EMR)
