RPA Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EIT Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the RPA team, focusing on system maintenance and development
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development
• Ensure adherence to policies, budgets, and project details while serving as a technical subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience with information technology concepts and enterprise system maintenance
• 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience
• 3 years of expert knowledge in at least one programming language or enterprise system
• RPA tool certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) required
