Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by developing user-friendly applications and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support researchers in improving care quality and cost for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries
• Develop and enhance software applications, writing and maintaining code in various programming languages
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and assist in training end-users on new applications and features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, information systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with software applications
• High proficiency in MS Office products and strong experience with SQL
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, SAS, or R)
• Familiarity with secure data environments and experience in government or healthcare IT environments
