IT Implementation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT New Market Implementation Lead - Mergers and Acquisitions IT Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of software solutions for mergers and acquisitions and new market implementations
• Manage IT implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Communicate project status and updates to executive IT and business leaders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of IT-related experience and five years of leadership experience required
• Experience in a key role within SAFe Agile, such as Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, particularly Medicaid and Medicare, is preferred
• Experience in driving structure and workflows on large-scale programs
