Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead- Collections, Estates and Bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service and self-pay collection functions
• Review the work of Collections, Estates, and Bankruptcies representatives and provide training
• Assist in administering policies and ensure team performance goals are met

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience in insurance, billing, banking, collections, or legal fields
• Ability to work independently and manage changing tasks efficiently
• Understanding of patient and employee confidentiality rights and responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer focus
• Flexibility to cope in a fast-paced environment
