Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advise on tax impacts of proposed business initiatives across various jurisdictions
• Review transaction documents and treaties, collaborating with external advisors as needed
• Support tax operational teams in executing and implementing transactions and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a strong quantitative background
• 10-15 years of tax experience, including at least 10 years in the insurance or reinsurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. insurance company taxation and statutory accounting
• Familiarity with Bermuda corporate income tax and OECD Pillar Two regimes is preferred
• CPA, MBA, or FSA designation is preferred
