Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager responsible for the preparation and review of clients' tax returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs technical tax review and approval of tax returns and governmental tax examinations
• Assumes responsibility for larger tax returns and delegates tasks to tax preparers
• Supervises tax staff, providing coaching and training while managing client service tasks

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
• At least one year of experience supervising tax preparers
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree in taxation preferred
• Current and valid CPA license is required
