Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote) to oversee tax compliance and planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complicated tax research and data analysis to identify and implement tax planning strategies
• Review significant tax elements of GAAP and Statutory accounting and ensure adherence to tax accounting policy
• Manage significant processes, projects, or process improvements within the Tax Department

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in Taxation, JD in Taxation, or designation as CPA or CFA
• 9 years of experience in a corporate tax department or national public accounting firm
• Demonstrated ability to make knowledge-based decisions and evaluate situations with incomplete information
• Proven ability to interact with and influence peers and senior tax leadership
