Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while managing complex client engagements and improving processes
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across multiple industries
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
