Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Tax & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with third-party tax service providers on tax provision and compliance tasks
• Manage sales and use tax compliance processes for the US and Canada
• Lead the timely filing of federal and state tax returns and manage business license compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant tax experience, including U.S. multi-state exposure
• Experience in international tax reporting preferred but not required
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Experience in partnership pass-through and corporate income tax a plus
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Avalara is a plus
