AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor to oversee a team of AR Follow-Up Specialists in the Medical Insurance Follow Up Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor AR Follow-Up Specialists, addressing questions and higher-level account issues
• Conduct quality audits, performance reviews, and maintain training processes for the team
• Communicate updates on policies and procedures, while monitoring workload and attendance

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up/insurance collections required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• Preferred background in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a reliable home internet connection for remote work
