Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Specialist II (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers training in various settings and facilitates hands-on computer training
• Designs and develops curriculum and training materials, maintaining up-to-date training resources
• Collaborates with management to identify training needs and propose solutions

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in the auto finance or financial services industry preferred
• Experience in writing reference materials and instructional documentation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design mechanics
