Surreal is where the world’s leading talent manages their AI likeness. We’re still under wraps, but thrilled to share more with you privately.
We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help support our remotely distributed team. Some of the functions you might do include:
Recruiting: Sourcing great candidates for us to hire across engineering, design, client relations, and product.
Research: Track and maintain information on potential customers, competitors, and partners.
Product: Helping the product team test and validate completed features, compile customer feedback, and evaluate technology partners we may work with.
Content Moderation: Review the content flagged by our systems to decide if our customers need to be alerted about deepfakes or other questionable content.
Organization: Ensure our files are properly named and filed for ease of use.
We’re looking for the following qualities:
Detail Oriented: You are thorough, complete, and accurate when executing tasks.
Hustle: You can easily work around roadblocks to find another solution. You don’t give up easily, you don’t waste time doing things the hard way. Systems are your friend.
Predictive: You internalize our company goals and priorities, and use that to “see around corners” and predict future pain points to proactively solve and get ahead.
Empathy: You understand the intent and goal of the client, customer, team member and can deliver towards that goal rather than being overly focused on a specific instruction.
Communicative: You’re great at written and verbal communication and do not hesitate to reach out with questions. You can easily go from chat to email to a loom video when needed.
