Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead auditor for performance measure validation audits
• Manage multiple client contracts and mentor junior staff
• Prepare project deliverables and conduct research on healthcare topics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, science, or a healthcare-related field
• At least seven years of work experience in healthcare and ten years overall
• Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) required
• Minimum of five years of auditing experience, with four years as a lead auditor
• Experience in writing client reports and leading multiple projects
