SupportYourApp family is growing, and we’re looking for a Freelance Hiring Specialist to conduct video interviews with potential candidates. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

What you will do:

• Conduct video interviews with potential candidates;
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role;
• Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process;
• Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company’s brand and values.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+);
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System;
• At least 1−3 years of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
• Desire to advance in IT;
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
• Open, easy-going personality.

Will be a great plus:

• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
