Senior Talent Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:


The Senior Talent Engagement Specialist handles full-cycle recruitment activities to attract top talent across various functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and pipeline top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure fit for role requirements and company culture.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to report on hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and talent market trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred as the role requires frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
