• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure support materials align with current credentialing standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and some college coursework
• Basic familiarity with higher education settings and student support services
• Experience in higher education, academic advising, credentialing, or student support roles is preferred
• Proficiency with technology platforms, including spreadsheets and learning management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours to support students' needs
