We are currently looking for a People Ops Manager ( HR Manager) based in France working alongside the People Team in France, managing the Business Department. You will join the People Team and will report to our Global Head of People Operations.
The People Operations team are looking to hire a People Operations Manager to oversee all the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations and project work. We are therefore looking to find the right candidate who has a good understanding of the PeopleOperationsā dynamics and a thorough knowledge of labor relations in France. This is an incredibly varied role with a significant opportunity to have a huge impact and make a fundamental difference. You will be granted trust, autonomy, and freedom to deliver results whilst working as part of a highly collaborative team.
