Strategic Success Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Success Specialist to drive customer engagement and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide data-driven recommendations and best practices
  • Conduct customer trainings and strategy calls to optimize product usage and ROI
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify growth opportunities and capture customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or sales role
  • Experience with a sales engagement platform
  • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRM
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or technology company preferred
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
